This firm was born out of a lifetime inside community health—not as an observer, but as an operator, a leader, and a believer.

More than 25 years ago, our founder began their career in an FQHC as a clinic director, working on the front lines of care where access is never guaranteed and dignity must be defended every day. Over the decades that followed, they rose through three organizations to serve as CEO, stewarding a complex, mission-driven health center through growth, challenge, and change—always anchored in the belief that health care is a right, not a privilege.

That journey shaped everything we do.

Federally Qualified Health Centers are not just safety-net providers. They are a civil rights legacy. Born out of the War on Poverty and the fight for racial and economic justice, FQHCs were designed to bring high-quality, community-governed care to people who had been systematically excluded from it. Their history matters. Their mission matters. And honoring both is non-negotiable.

This consultancy was created to serve FQHCs from that place of respect.  We exist to help health centers thrive without compromising who they are. To support leaders who carry enormous responsibility with limited margin for error. To bring deep operational expertise, strategic clarity, and practical solutions—grounded in real-world experience, not theory. 

Progress does not mean forgetting where we started. It means building forward with intention, equity, and courage.
